SPECIAL ORDERS:If you special order something from our website or have something custom made from us all sales are final. Examples of special orders are: Custom stone orders, ALL breast plate and silicone orders, all Jewelry orders are custom made.
BREAST PLATE ORDERS: Because this is a prosthetic silicone product and you wear this on your body we are unable to take back your plate once ordered. If we special make your plate or you alter your plate yourself this voids our one year warranty. If there is an issue and your warranty does cover it, the only thing you will be responsible for is the shipping cost. We will ship you exactly what you order and in the event that it is defective for any reason at all we will repair or replace it free of charge, minus the cost of shipping (including neck size adjustments). If you ordered the wrong size or color there is an exchange fee if you wish to replace your existing plate with another. You must exchange within 1 week of receiving your original breast plate. We do assess a restocking fee on all silicone based products which varies based on the product.
STONE ORDERS: 10 Gross minimum for custom stone orders. Any stone outside of the stone drop down option is a custom stone order. For custom stone orders, place your order and, in the comments section at check out you can specify from the stone chart which stones you would like to order. (stones are not always in stock or available), If the stone/s you selected are not available we will contact you with some alternatives or issue you a full refund.
All Orders: We are happy to issue you a full refund on any order you place if cancelled before shipment however, there is a 15% restocking fee. You may also return items for full returns or exchanges however, this is handled on a case by case basis. We will not accept back if items are missing from the shipment. We will not accept back if item/s are worn, dirty, or damaged. If we accept your return once shipped, after inspection of all items in order we do assess a restocking fee of 20% of the list price (not sale price).
